In 2020 Mulligan's moved from Colonial Heights, Kingsport to the historical Main Street in Johnson City! Two years of construction later and the kitchen fired up it's ovens for service. Finally Johnson City had a place to get home style Irish fare and a proper pour of Guinness.

Mulligan's is a family owned, family friendly, spot to relax in the heart of Downtown Johnson City.  Our restaurant has a calm atmosphere where you can eat, drink, and play a game without intrusion. Patrons may also join us for some of our live music five nights a week. The owners strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment and make anybody feel at home (picture 'Cheers'). Simple, belly-filling food just like your grandparents used to make. A taste of traditional Irish culture and cuisine such as our Fish & Chips (the very best within one hundred miles, no less).
