Heart of the Cards
At its core, playing the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game is a duel where you defeat your opponent by taking their Life Points. This can be done with spells, abilities, or a monster’s attack. You have a deck of 40 to 60 cards, and possibly a 15-card side and extra deck. You may need to flip coins, have dice, and occasionally even a calculator can be helpful. This game isn’t for the faint of heart because you are meant to destroy your opponents with ruthless conviction. During modern Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments, things get complicated, but you should never forget the heart of the cards. You must believe in the heart of the cards!

Now that you know the basics, you’ll need to stock up on all those cards you’ve been looking for to complete you Orcust deck. If you’re in need of one last piece to play Fluffal or Sky Striker, never fear because Mulligan’s Gaming Pub is here for you. We offer a variety of cards from Legendary Duelists to Battles of Legend and so on and so forth. You can check to see if we have an individual card you need at our TCG store. If you’re looking for something specific, we may have it in stock, so let us know. Just please don’t shout, “You’ve activated my trap card!”
It’s Your Move!

That’s why every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m., are now official Yu-Gi-Oh! days at Mulligan’s Gaming Pub. We want to see the Yu-Gi-Oh! scene in the Tri-Cities thrive! Our Apologies for seeing your message this late! If you would like to come in and play Sundays and haven’t yet, our Yu-Gi-Oh crowd is helpful, friendly and growing at a steady rate. Don’t have a deck yet? Be sure to talk to our staff and they will help get you started. Interested in playing in an event? The event starts at 2pm on Sundays and 5:30pm on Wednesdays, the entry fee is just $5. Just want to play casually, our table fee for Sunday is $5, or we can waive the fee if you make a minimum of a $5 purchase.
